Spicy Beef Stir-fry

This was so delicious that I amazed myself! I will add pictures after if Mike didn't eat the leftovers. Obviously you can make this with chicken, and you can adjust the spices accordingly. 

What you need..

1lb Stew Meat
White Rice
Bag of mixed frozen vegetables(I used broccoli, cauliflower, snap-peas and water-chestnuts)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice or red wine vinegar
1/4 cup beef broth
1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
1/2 tbsp Ginger
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Cayenne Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Brown Sugar
Drizzle of Olive Oil

Wisk all the liquid and spices together. Add the stew meat and marinate in the fridge for a few hours. Simmer the beef on low temps for about an hour. Cook your frozen veggies according to the package, I used the steam fresh ones, and cook your rice(I use boil-in-a-bag because it's wicked simple)
